Why am I seeing this ad?
Ads on Glimps are chosen based on the advertiser's targeting (age range, country, interests) and, if personalised ads are on for your account, your activity. Tap "Why am I seeing this ad?" under any ad to see the specific reasons. Personalised ads are off unless you turn them on in Settings, and you can turn them off again there.
How is my feed ordered?
By default your Home feed is recommended: we rank posts by how likely you are to engage, using your likes, follows, saves and watch time. Switch to "Following only, newest first" in Settings for a chronological feed.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, Your data, Delete account, then confirm. Your data is removed within 30 days.
I am a parent. How do I get help with my child's account?
Email or phone our user support team, listed on Contact, and say it is about a child's account. These requests are handled first.
