Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Glimps1, the photo and video sharing service operated by Glimps1 Labs Ltd ("Glimps1", "we", "us"), 12 Halyard Yard, London SE1 4RG, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Glimps1 you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Glimps1
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You must not have been previously suspended from Glimps1.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at Contact if you think someone else has access.
3. What you can post
You own the content you post. You give us a licence to host, display and distribute it on Glimps1 so the service works. You must follow the Community Guidelines. In short: no illegal content, no harassment, no spam, no impersonation, no content that sexualises minors, no content that infringes someone else's rights.
4. Content moderation
We review content that is reported to us and content our systems flag. Actions we may take: remove the content, limit its reach, restrict features on your account, or suspend or close your account. We use a mix of automated tools and human reviewers. Automated tools are used for spam detection and for identifying content that matches known illegal material. Decisions that remove content or restrict an account are reviewed by a person before or shortly after they take effect.
6. Recommendations and ads
Your Home feed, Discover and Loops are ordered by a recommender system that uses your activity (likes, follows, watch time, saves) and the popularity and recency of content. You can switch to a chronological feed of accounts you follow in Settings. Ads are labelled "Sponsored". We explain why you see a specific ad under "Why am I seeing this ad?".
7. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account any time from Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously break these Terms.
8. Liability
Glimps1 is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We will tell you at least 30 days before material changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users in the EU keep the protections of their local consumer law.
